Exchange Policy

Our policy does not allow for refunds on any purchases.

Damage incurred during shipping falls outside the scope of this policy.

Conditions for Exchange:
Exchanges are only allowed for defective items. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Late requests will not be considered. Customers must self-ship the return within 3 days of receiving it. Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Retain all original tags and packaging, including the invoice. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Color and Variations:
Due to the nature of our products, variations in color, finish, and appearance are expected. A color discrepancy of up to 10-12% due to screen resolution and lighting is normal and not grounds for exchange or return. Display Accuracy:
