Can I set my own selling price?
Yes. You set your own selling price to retailers. We do not fix resale prices.
Do you provide a catalog?
Yes. Distributors get a catalog PDF, product photos and videos for their own listings and WhatsApp.
Is there a dealership or distributorship fee?
No. Dealership is free: no fee, deposit or security amount. You pay only for the stock you order.
What is the minimum order for a distributor?
50 units in total, any mix of models. There is no separate distributor minimum. Larger quantities get a better rate; ask for the rate at the quantity you plan.
Do you give exclusive territory?
Territory is decided case by case. Send your city and planned monthly volume on WhatsApp and we will discuss it.
What are the payment terms for distributors?
100% advance before dispatch, for first and repeat orders.
How fast do you dispatch a repeat order?
In-stock items ordered by 4 PM are dispatched the same day from our Surat warehouse.
Can I check quality before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are paid, and the sample cost is adjusted in your bulk order.
What if units arrive defective?
Dead-on-arrival units are replaced, with unboxing proof. Other defects are not covered.
Can my corporate clients get their logo printed?
Yes. We print logos on in-stock models. Custom packaging and custom-made products are not offered.
